The principle of furnace is use medium frequency induction heating method to heat graphite heater which set in induction coil under vacuum condition or atmosphere protection, graphite heater create high temperature and radiate it to work pieces, make them achieve demand temperature. Its main constituent parts are debinding system, dedusting system, rapid cooling system (special air duct), heating chamber, vacuum system, heating system and so on.
