Application: 

This vacuum gas press sintering furnace is a periodic operation vacuum furnace, suitable for sintering silicon nitride ceramic balls, ceramic tools, cemented carbide and other materials in high pressure nitrogen or argon atmosphere. It is beneficial to increase the sintering density and improve the mechanical properties of the material.

Structure:

The furnace shell is welded into a whole by inner and outer tubes and upper and lower flange. The jacket formed between two layers can be cooled by water, and the heat transmitted to the inner wall of furnace shell can be taken away. There are air holes and temperature measuring holes in the middle of the furnace body.

The furnace cover is welded into a whole by inner and outer heads and flange, and the middle can be cooled by water.

The bottom of furnace is welded into a whole by inner, outer and flange, and has circulating cooling water. And the electrode outlet hole is provided.

The furnace body and vacuum pipe are sealed with fluororubber.

The heat insulation layer around the furnace is made of graphite heat insulation tube and graphite carbon felt. After processing, it can be made into a whole insulation system, which can be easily installed and maintained. The top and bottom insulation layer is composed of graphite heat insulation board and graphite carbon felt, and the bottom material bearing platform is made of graphite plate.

The heating components are graphite, which is processed into three-phase heating body, and the special lead-out electrode is led from the side of the furnace body. The three-phase power supply of the electric furnace control system is connected to the lead-out electrode after the transformer is depressurized, forming a control circuit, and the lead-out electrode is installed on the upper part of the furnace body. The electrode devices are all water-cooled circulating structure.

The vacuum system of the whole equipment is composed of mechanical pump, roots pump, vacuum butterfly valve and vacuum pipe.

The air inflation and air pressure control system consists of automatic detection, automatic control of pressure and pressure reduction, and safety devices such as over-voltage, sound and light alarm. The electric furnace is equipped with two automatic exhaust solenoid valves (interlock and installation to ensure the exhaust reliability). When the furnace pressure rises to the set pressure, the pressure sensor controls the automatic exhaust of the solenoid valve to stabilize the furnace pressure on the working pressure.

Water cooling system: the cooling water is entered by the main pipe, and sent to the furnace shell, furnace cover, furnace bottom, electrode, mechanical pump and other places where water cooling is required through each branch pipe, and then collected to the water tank for discharge. Each cooling water has manual valve, which can adjust the flow of cooling water as required; The water inlet pipe is equipped with an electric contact pressure gauge. When the water pressure is lower than the set value, the control system will alarm in sound and light, and automatically cut off the power supply of heater.
