Application

The HIQ-1700M  Dental Zirconia Sintering Furnace(Oven) is mainly used for Dental Zirconia Block Sintering. It is also use for all the high temperature crystallization of dental ceramic materials. This Dental sintering furnaces adopt MoSi2 Heater as heating elements. Furnace cavity is built with Al2O3 fiber materials with 100*100*100mm,can sinter two layer block at one time sintering, and temperature/time is controlled by high precision PID Programmable control software with an accuracy of +/-1 °C and 30 programmable segments up to 1700°C.
