1. The whole hot press furnace body is a vertical furnace shell structure. The inner layer, the outer tube, the support frame, the flange, the bolt, the screw, etc. are made of SUS304 stainless steel material except for the copper metal material. It is welded integrally with the flange, and the jacket formed between the two layers can be cooled by water, which can carry away the heat transferred to the inner wall of the furnace shell; the flange plane is opened with a sealing groove, and the "O" ring is vacuum sealed and designed. Water-cooling device (to prevent the temperature from being too high) "O" ring aging) There are suction holes, thermocouple temperature measuring holes and observation holes in the middle of the furnace body.
2. The upper part of the furnace body is the part of the furnace cover. It is welded from the inner (304 stainless steel) outer sealing head and the flange (304 stainless steel). It adopts double-layer water interlayer sealing head structure, which can be cooled by water; the opening of the furnace cover It is mechanically manual, built-in hydraulic machine, and labor-saving. The top of the furnace shell is equipped with a pressure head (upper pressure head), a pressure sensor and a pressing device, and is equipped with a venting valve; the furnace body is equipped with an infrared measuring temperature hole and Observation hole.
3. The bottom part of the furnace is equipped with an electrode introduction device, an intake valve, a lower pressing head and a sensor capable of displaying the displacement distance; the indenter is made of stainless steel (SUS304) material and is provided with circulating cooling water.
4. The heating element is made of high-purity graphite, which is processed into a three-phase heating element and connected with the electrode, and is controlled by the three-phase power supply of the electric furnace control system. After the transformer is stepped down, the copper row is connected to the three extraction electrodes to form a control. The circuit; the electrode device has a water cooling cycle.
5. The heat shield around the top and the top of the furnace is composed of graphite carbon felt. It is processed into an integral heat insulation system, which can be easily installed and repaired.
