Three layers of ceramic fiber insulation materials First layer: 1400°C ceramic fiber board, density 550kgs/m3. Thermal conductivity (1400ºC) is only 0.18W/m.k. Second layer: 1400°C ceramic fiber board, density 400kgs/m3. Third layer: 1460°C ceramic fiber board, density 320kgs/m3. The advantage is light weight, high temperature resistance, cold and heat resistance, no crack, no crystallization, no slag, do not worry about pollution of the fired products. The energy saving effect is 60-80% of the old electric furnace. |
