Powder metallurgy is recognized by the industry as a green and sustainable manufacturing process technology. The powder metallurgy process only needs to use a few processes to manufacture the same part, that is, it can complete the process with more and more complex processes. Furnace Chamber material

Third layer: 1460°C ceramic fiber board, density 320kgs/m3.
The advantage is light weight, high temperature resistance, cold and heat resistance, no crack, no crystallization, no slag, do
not worry about pollution of the fired products. The energy saving effect is 60-80% of the old electric furnace.

Furnace chamber design
