HIQ-1200X-3 is a CE Certifiedfurnace with optional quartz Tube(60, 80, 100mm)&Vacuum Flanges. Split two-zone tube furnace which can achieve faster heating up to 1200C and create a different thermal gradient by setting 

different temperature of each zone. The furnace includes one 40" L fused quartz tube with vacuum flanges and valves for

 immediate use. Two 30 segments programmable temperature controllers are installed. The microprocessor-based self-tuning PID controller provides excellent control without overshooting the set temperature. It is a perfect tool for CVD

applications such as preparing nano materials and film.

Vacuum Flange	Two choices of stainless steel flange with vacuum gauge and valves 2" default flange with 1/4'' Bard fittings, 1/4'' tube feed through port (for 1/4" O.D thermocouple insert) and a KF25 vacuum port 1" flange has no thermocouple insert. Optional: You may need a vacuum valve at the vacuum port end. For fast & better vacuum, we recommend the use of stainless steel pipe, as well as a digital vacuum gauge.   You may consider ordering quick connecting flange at extra cost.
Fitting Ports	Both flanges will come standard with 3/8" barbed hose fittings In order to increase the throughput and achieve a high vacuum, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the KF25 adapter. For supplying high-pressure gas, you may replace the standard barbed hose fitting with the 304SS 1/4" Swagelok® Tube Fitting x 1/4" BSPP Male Connector.

Pressure Measurement / Monitoring	Mechanical Vacuum Gauge (included as standard accessory), which  measures within a pressure range of -0.1 to 0.15Mpa.   Digital Pressure Gauge (optional): A gas-type independent (above 10mbar) digital vacuum gauge with a wide range between 3.8x10^-5 to 1125 Torr. Aside from greater measurement precision, this gauge reduces risks of chamber explosions caused by incorrect reading of gas pressures due to gas-type dependency.
